BrowserHawk4J samples not detecting Acrobat by default
Created: 2/21/2001    Updated: 2/23/2001
Q   I've just installed BrowserHawk4J and found that the ShowExtendedBrowser example shows the Acrobat property as -1 even though I know its installed. Why?

A   By default the BrowserHawk samples do not test for Acrobat. To do this you need to pass the appropriate pluginType to the method which gets the extended properties. Once you pass the proper value in Acrobat will be detected.
