When testing the value of Plugin_Flash it is returning -2, while Plugin_FlashVerEx is returning a valid build number. What does this mean?

A value of -2 for any of the Plugin_xxxx properties (such as Plugin_Flash, Plugin_MediaPlayer, etc) is returned when the user is running IE on Windows with ActiveX controls or VBScript is disabled.
In this scenario, plugins with extended version information (such as Plugin_FlashVerEx and Plugin_MediaPlayerVerEx) will still contain the valid version number.
