I have machines with BrowserHawk on them that are behind a firewall and cannot access the internet (outbound) to get the BDF updates. Can I manually download BDF files/updates from another machine without having BrowserHawk installed on it?

In order to download the BDF updates from cyScape you must have the BrowserHawk Editor installed on your machine. Some customers purchase a separate license of BrowserHawk for a machine on the outside of their firewall just for this purpose.
Alternatively, assuming your Support and Maintenance is current, you can email support@cyscape.com and request that we email you the BDF updates when they are released.
