Is it possible to detect the speed of the visitor's computer? For example, I would like to know if a user has at least a 750Mhz machine. I would also like to know how much RAM is installed.

Sorry, but this level of information from the client is not exposed through the browser in any way. As such there is no way to detect CPU speed or amount of RAM using BrowserHawk or any other method.
