Is there a way to upload a customized maindef.bdf file to all three servers at the same time? Currently, I have to change the preferences, upload the file, and then reconnect again to another server.

Currently the BrowserHawk Editor supports the ability to upload customized BDFs to one server.
Assuming your servers are all reachable over a local network (in other words, no need to use FTP) you can automate the process to update the definitions on multiple machines.
To automate this, create a batch file that copies the maindefs.bdf, maindefs.bdd, and maindefs.mrg files from the source machine to all of your target machines, overwriting these files on your target machines.
From now on, after you finish customizing your BDF, just run the batch file. Once the files are copied over to the new servers the new data will be used on the next instantiation of the component - there is no need to reboot or restart the web services on the machines.
