Do I need to update my Access or SQL Server database with any extra columns to take advantage of the new properties introduced in the new versino of BrowserHawk I have installed?

No. When you upgrade BrowserHawk it automatically replaces the BrowserHawk Reports Web Service (BRWS) with the latest version. The first time you run the BRWS it will detect if your schema needs updating, automatically add columns used to store any new BrowserHawk properties.
