I am interested in upgrading to BrowserHawk 8. Will my existing code written for BrowserHawk 7 work under 8.0?

Yes. BrowserHawk 8.0 is fully backward compatible with BrowserHawk 5.x, 6.x, and 7.x. This means that you just need to install BrowserHawk 8.0 to take advantage of all its new enhancements and fixes.
Of course, if you want to take advantage of some of the new features, such as detection of blocked popups, you will need to add a couple lines of code. But even this should take no more than a few minutes.
