When trying to download the latest browser definitions the cyScape Update Service is returning an error message of:
Could not convert response of '[US formatted date string]'
How can I resolve this?

This issue impacts users of BrowserHawk 11.0 with regional settings that have a date format of DD/MM/YYYY. This issue was resolved with BH 11.01 and later. To resolve this issue please upgrade to the latest version of BrowserHawk.
If you cannot upgrade at this time, then you can work around the issue by temporarily changing your regional settings to US English, so that it uses a date format of MM/DD/YYYY, then downloading the update, and then switching your regional settings back.
