I am using service pack 2 of my Widows operating system, yet BrowserHawk is returning 0 for the ServicePack property. Why is this?

As documented in the Property and Reference guide, the ServicePack property refers to the browser's service pack, not the operating system's service pack.
For instance if you are running IE 7.0 on Windows XP Service Pack 2, the ServicePack property will return 0, not 2. This behavior is by design. There currently is not a way to detect the service of the operating system.
